Yes, we need someone over the age of 18 to be present at the home.

Payment is due on receipt of service.

Ensure that machines are accessible. For example, if a washer and dryer are stacked they will need to be unstacked in order to allow for proper diagnosis of the issue.

We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, cheque and e-transfer, Apple Pay & Google Pay

Yes, we do service some commercial appliances. Please contact the office for further information.

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice of a cancellation. If a cancellation occurs within 24hrs there is a $55.00 cancellation fee.

You can unplug it, but make sure it is plugged in and turned on at least 24hrs prior to your service call or it may interfere with the ability to diagnose the issue.

I had a problem with a 18 year old refrigerator, I called, Brien was slotted in for a service call in 2 days time.  I got a phone call he's on his way.  Located the problem, the model number and confirmed the part was in Canada but, would take a couple of days to get here.  Part came in, fridge got fixed.  I would use High Level Appliance for any future calls, reliable, pleasant and fair.

Both times that the technician had to come out he called and asked if he could come earlier.  I don't think I've ever had an appointment where both times the technician actually showed up earlier then scheduled.  Very honest about our washer/dryer. Friendly and personable. Fair price and came in under budget. Will use them again if ever needed!!

Great service, friendly, called to confirm appointment, showed up on time, repaired the dryer quickly and with parts they had on their service vehicle. Can’t do much more than that! We live in the country so getting service work done is tricky, not a lot of places will even offer a service. Highly recommend these people!
