Ensure that machines are accessible. For example, if a washer and dryer are stacked they will need to be unstacked in order to allow for proper diagnosis of the issue.

We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, cheque, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Yes, we do service some commercial appliances. Please contact the office for further information.

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice of a cancellation. If a cancellation occurs within 24hrs there is a cancellation fee.

You can unplug it, but make sure it is plugged in and turned on at least 24hrs prior to your service call or it may interfere with the ability to diagnose the issue.

The service from High Level Appliance Repair staff is top-notch and they stand behind their work.
I have used their services on two occasions now and each time the experience has been identical - friendly, professional and on-time. Calls to the make an appointment are answered promptly and efficiently and details surrounding the issue are explored.
On the day of the appointment, the technician calls to advise he is on his way and he arrives well within the allotted time.
On site, he explains what he plans to do and provides details as he runs his diagnostics. He always add a little nugget or two of proactive advice to help prevent other issues from occurring in the future. While no one wants their appliance to have a problem, I must say it is absolutely a pleasure to interact with the folks at High Level Appliance Repair.
